Leaving care – if you work in social care and have young people leaving care to start their own journey, this programme covers all the areas the young person will need. It will build confidence and resilience and support the young person to have a belief in themselves and have confidence in their ability to live independently.
The Programme is provided over a minimum of 10 hours in short interactive sessions by carers.

Within the programme sessions the young person is taught tools and skills that will see them through their life. The programme encourages the use of Focus 10 Mindfulness, an audio recording is included in the programme. This programme helps the young person to develop their sense of self and be proactive in their thinking about their Emotional Well-Being.

The end of the programme is a celebration event, with a graduation, the young person will receive an Inspire Ignite certificate of success.
