Learn about our secondary school programmes

Our secondary school mental health and wellbeing programmes are designed to help children in secondary school to be able to navigate the education system and life outside of it with the emotional intelligence and resilience needed to thrive.
We provide these mental health courses to secondary schools across the country. With four different courses to choose from, we are able to support learners from years 7 right through to year 13 to improve their understanding of their mental well being.

With mental wellbeing at their very core, our courses help students to face the challenges ahead, from changing schools or dealing with exam pressures to getting a true understanding of themselves, their identities and the way we all think in and out of education.

How Our Secondary School Mental Health Programmes Work

How Our Secondary School Mental Health Programmes Work

Our secondary school mental health and wellbeing programmes are all designed to be adaptable, accessible, inclusive and effective, above all else. These programmes can be tailored to your pupils’ needs and the rest of your school timetable to help your students thrive throughout the training we are providing, at any age, delivery style or location.

There are currently four different mental health, mindfulness and emotional intelligence-based programmes to choose from for secondary school. Each of them has been designed to truly inspire the children that we work with through the use of 10-12 hours of content, delivered flexibility, often spanning 5-6 2-hour sessions in order to be as effective as possible.

Our mental health programmes are designed to be practical. We provide the resources, the training and of course the support that you need to deliver these courses internally, on top of the support we are able to provide along the way in delivery. We provide these skills and training to up to 12 members of staff, helping your wider team to develop an understanding of the fundamentals of the programme and really reinforce the positive change that will begin to spread across the wider school.
