The Inspire Ignite Leaving Care Programme supports care home staff/foster carers, parents, and managers who want to develop their own thinking and try new innovative techniques with the young people in their care who are readying themselves to leave.
Mindfulness is introduced as an integral part of this programme.
Using the 8 Employability skills to give structure to this programme InspireIgnite direct the facilitator through the student’s workbooks, using discussion, the learners workbook and activities to engage the student’s in the work of developing a robust sense of self.
